Mrs Folasade Yemisi Ale is the Director of Finance and Admin of Ondo State Primary Health Care Development Agency. She is a native of Owo in Owo local government area of the state. She has B.sc and M.sc  in Public Administration respectively. She was employed into the civil service in 2002 data processing officer in training and later did her conversion into the administrative cadre. She previously worked at the ministry of education, science and technology as principal administrative officer. She was posted to Ondo State Primary Health Care Development Agency in 2021 as Assistant Director of finance and admin. She is currently the Director of finance and administration.  she is married with children.

DEPARTMENT OBJECTIVES
 
 
1)to provide quality services leadership, accountability and perform in a manner that will earn the confidence of the staff and leadership of the agency, through the values of excellence, team work, innivation,intergrity and openess.           
                                                                                     
2)to provide assistance to the agency in overseeing and conducting  its services, recuiting training management, maintenance, security, safety, personnel management, administrative and public relations programmes. 
 
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Reports to the Permanent Secretary
  • Responsible for the management of human resources in the Agency, which includes promotion, training, posting, recruitment, pension, personnel performance and assessment, leave matters, personnel auditing, discipline, inter cadre transfer and general welfare of staff
  • Preparation of annual Personal Estimates and advance proposals, board of survey
  • Assisting in the formulation, execution and review of financial policies of the Agency
  • Advising the agency on financial matters
  • Processing of payment  to contractors/vendors handling various projects for the Agency
  •  Keeping in custody all store items belonging to the Agency
  •  Maintenance of Government vehicles
  •  Preparation of memos and draft letters on financial matters
  •  Handling  the preparation of annual budget estimates
  • Processing of request for fund release to the Agency from the Ministry of Finance and Accountant-General
  •  Implementation of capital project of the Agency
  •  Maintenance of office furniture and equipment
  •  Making sure the environment are clean and the safety of the property of the Agency is guaranteed
  • Secretariat of all the committees of the Agency
  •  Circulation, inter-personal and enforcement of Government rules, regulations and circulars
  •  Liaising with Government ministries, parastatals, boards, commission and Government Agencies on behalf of the Agencies
  • Handling of in and out movement of correspondence
  • Establishment and maintenance of accurate staff information
  • ​Performing Other duties that may be assigned by the Permanent Secretary
